Frank Ray and Cedar Hill is now booking for 2024 and 2025. We are pleased to welcome some of the very best Cedar Hill alumni to the band. I have been so blessed to have the opportunity to include and pick with a number of talented singers and musicians over the last 57 years of Cedar Hill’s existence. The current line up represents some of the cream of the crop. Along with myself on mandolin and vocals is Mel Besher who is an accomplished singer and song writer of many years is on guitar and vocals. Irl Hees has played Bass with many of the top names in Bluegrass like Lonesome River Band and Chris Jones is back with us on Bass and vocals. Joe Dean is no stranger to anyone who has followed Doyle Lawson or Dailey and Vincent is on banjo and vocals, Bob Lewis has literally been playing fiddle since he was a toddler with a successful traveling Family band and a number of endeavors is back on fiddle and vocals. Together what they bring to the group is not only years of professional experience but an amazing ability for arrangements and solid suggestions to try to make the most pleasing music we can bring to you.
